What are the dates for the finals?

The Proving Grounds UK 2023 finals are on Saturday 21st October (Masters, Teens, Everyday categories) and Sunday 22nd October (RX and Intermediate categories)

When are the qualifier workouts released?

ALL qualifiers for ALL categories will be released on Monday 10th July.  Athletes will have until midnight on Friday 11th August to complete and submit team scores + videos.

Do I have to film my workout?

Any athletes attempting to earn a spot to compete in the Proving Grounds Finals MUST submit the required videos for ALL workouts.

What age group do I register for?

The cut-off date for those looking to register in one of our age group divisions (masters or teenagers) is 21st October, 2023. Whatever age you will be on that date is the division that you register in for the finals! Teens is 16 and Under. Masters is 35 years or older, with a combined team age of more than 75.

Do teams have to train together?

Teammates do not have to be in the same gym or even the same country in order to participate. Qualifier workouts do not have to be completed at the same time.  It will be a combined team score that is used.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?

Unfortunately, no refunds are allowed.

Where does Proving Grounds UK 2023 take place?

The year the Proving Grounds UK finals are being held at the prestigious SEC centre in Glasgow.  (https://www.sec.co.uk/)

What is parking like at the SEC?

There is a large car park SEC & Hydro car park that is 200m away from the venue.
